Like its sister location in Las Vegas, Caesar’s Horseshoe Casino is a premium gaming environment located in Elizabeth, Indiana. When the casino decided to upgrade their roof-top power infrastructure, they called on our team to help ensure that their patrons were never without power.
Solution Provided:
The project required the installation of four 500 kw generators paralleled to two ASCO Power Technologies, Inc. 2,000-amp 7000 Series closed transition with bypass isolation power switches and an 800-amp 7000 Series open transition with bypass isolation transfer switch. This solution provides the capability to easily switch power to their emergency supply and serve the entire building load almost indefinitely. Once the equipment was installed, we trained casino employees on how the switches operate, how to set them and how to operate the bypass portion.
